Friendly reminder to ALL residents: The administrative associates will be asking for proof of residency in all of the community's common areas. As you are aware the owner passes (formerly pool passes) may be purchased through your community's friendly administrative associate during business hours at the clubhouse.

..... The Annual meeting will be held on TUESDAY, October 23rd at 7pm at the Club House. Homeowners are welcome to attend .....

The Board meets on the 4th TUESDAY of each month at 7:00 pm at the Club House

Here is a copy of the 5-30-2006 list of repairs that are currently on the waiting list to be approved/started/completed. They will be on the list for several months depending on finances available and/or if we can get a helper for Rusty.

Refurbishing of the Club House pool started August 25. Tropical Storm Ernesto has delayed it a little.
