Friendly reminder to ALL residents: The administrative associates will be asking for proof of residency in all of the community's common areas. As you are aware the owner passes (formerly pool passes) may be purchased through your community's friendly administrative associate during business hours at the clubhouse.

The Board meets on the 4th TUESDAY of each month at 7:00 pm at the Club House

Clubhouse Rental Contract

The Country Creek Master Association Board consists of representatives from the Country Creek subdivisions of Northbridge, Woodbridge, Country Creek Estates, The Glens, Woodland Terrace, Southridge, The Trails, and Forest Edge. 

The Board meets on a monthly basis - the 4th Monday of the month - to discuss issues in the Country Creek neighborhoods. Their duties include the running and maintenance of the Club House, tennis courts, 2 swimming pools,  volley ball court, 2 playgrounds, racquet ball courts, basketball court, common areas, streets and security gates. Furthermore they have the assistance of David Burman from Sentry Management who manages the finances - bank accounts, reserves, collections, and budget - and is the Property Manager and manages the Club House staff.
