Friendly reminder to ALL residents: The administrative associates will be asking for proof of residency in all of the community's common areas. As you are aware the owner passes (formerly pool passes) may be purchased through your community's friendly administrative associate during business hours at the clubhouse.

..... The Annual meeting will be held on TUESDAY, October 23rd at 7pm at the Club House. Homeowners are welcome to attend .....

The Board meets on the 4th TUESDAY of each month at 7:00 pm at the Club House

If anything is broken or missing, or if there is a problem with the pools or staff, please call Rusty Briggs at the Clubhouse 407-295-6881 or Vallery Harrison at Sentry management 407-788-6700 ext 292.

Clubhouse Rental Contract

The Country Creek Social Committee was formed in early 2005 and they held their first event on March 19^th, 2005. The Easter Egg Hunt was held at the club house where 60 children spent time running around hunting for eggs. They had so much fun. The Social Committee received some good input – positive and negative – which will help with the planning of future events.

Barbara Scott was the first homeowner who was determined to get this social Committee off the ground and she succeeded. Unfortunately, She has resigned as Chairperson so if anyone is interested, please step up to the plate and come to a Country Creek Master Association Board meeting. Thank you, Barbara, for your persistence and hard work.

The Social Committee has had several meetings and we have found that the majority of the members are from Woodland Terrace, Forest Edge and Southridge. ALL residents of ALL the subdivisions are welcome to join in and help make our community a better place.
